A serious tea drinker since autumn 2006, I started this blog so I would bore my friends less with endless tea-talk and my boundless enthusiasm for a new oolong. I’m making mili-steps into the world of Chinese tea but I am hampered by an unrefined palate and London water. I’ll post reviews of teas, tea shops and tea room I visit, and the tea books I have on my shelf.

I like this phrase, and totally agree with you. Tea is refreshing and is a healthier drink than coffee in my opinion.
